Automotive Porter

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Porter to join our team at Greenway Ford, GMC, and Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram in Morris, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our growing vehicle inventory is always front-line ready, showroom ready, and digitally ready.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wash and detail new and used vehicles to ensure they are ready for sale or delivery
• Organize the placement of vehicles on the new and used vehicle lots, service areas, and in the prep areas
• Help perform physical inventory monthly
• Transport cars to clients or to offsite locations for additional work
• Attend weekly meetings as requested
• Regularly complete safety training as assigned

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Valid Driver's License (must be insurable and ability to drive a standard transmission)
