Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Scientist to join our team at an award-winning hospital in Philadelphia. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science or a related field and be certified as a Medical Technologist, MLS, or CLS.

About the Role:
As a Medical Laboratory Scientist, you will be responsible for performing clinical laboratory tests by standardized procedures, understanding method principles, performing quality control, and interpreting results accurately. This is a permanent and full-time position with opportunities to work on day, evening, or night shifts with an every third weekend rotation.

Salary:
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive compensation package, we offer a range of benefits including generous PTO, health benefits, retirement benefits, and educational assistance.
