Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is necessary.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

This position requires the ability to perform primarily standing tasks with some movement throughout the facility. Operators may occasionally use powered industrial trucks and are expected to lift and/or push weights up to 30 pounds regularly, up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 80 pounds. The role involves frequent bending, squatting, and stooping. Specific vision capabilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
