We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Southwestern Correctional Center. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation under the supervision of registered nurses and medical directors.
- Direct and guide patient teaching activities commensurate with education and demonstrated competencies.
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state of Illinois.
- Current CPR certification.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Preferred experience: one (1) year clinical experience.
