Job Title: Host

At Johnny Carino's, we are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome upon arrival.
  • Seat guests and accommodate special requests to ensure a comfortable dining experience.
  • Manage the wait list, recording guest names and party sizes, and providing estimated waiting times.
  • Provide exceptional To-Go service, taking orders, ringing them in, packaging items, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Answer phones and manage restaurant reservations.
  • Inspect tables for presentation and completeness.
  • Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • No experience necessary, but restaurant experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Demands:
  • Mobility required during the entire shift.
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours.
