Client & Service Expertise:
- Meet and exceed personal sales objectives.
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all categories.
- Ensure outstanding customer service by delivering the ultimate Kate Spade experience.
- Build personal connections with clients through effective selling techniques.

Leadership Role:
- Achieve personal sales goals consistently.
- Maintain extensive product knowledge.
- Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager to enhance the selling culture.
- Initiate in-store events that drive business growth.

Brand Representation:
- Communicate the Kate Spade New York brand aesthetic and philosophy to both the sales team and customers.
- Establish strong relationships with clients as a brand ambassador.
- Relay client feedback to management to improve service and sales.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Oversee store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and securing the facility.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills and contribute to a positive selling culture.
- Exhibit a keen sense of personal style.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury retail or a similar environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Capable of lifting boxes up to 50 pounds and comfortable with climbing ladders.
