We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry Specialist to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Telemetry environment. As a Travel Nurse RN - Telemetry Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Telemetry unit, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, test results, and treatment plans, in a clear and concise manner.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in Telemetry nursing or equivalent.
  • BSN degree or Associate of Science in Nursing.
  • Current nursing license.
  • A valid State Issued Driver's License or State ID.
