About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hand & Stone Woodbridge. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent customer experience through phone calls, appointments, and membership sales
  • Promote products and services to clients
  • Communicate with Service Providers to maximize appointment book
  • Achieve performance-based goals set by management
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base hourly rate and uncapped commission structure on membership sales. Our top performers can earn an additional $2-$4 per hour in commission. We also provide benefits such as 401(k) options with 5% company matching, paid training, and product discounts.
