Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our team at Volunteers of America Mid-States. As an APRN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing services to individuals in our residential Addiction Recovery Services program.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and provide continuous nursing services for residents within residential treatment.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of nursing procedures and implement any changes necessary to ensure quality-nursing services.
  • Serve effectively as a consultation resource for staff and clearly communicate clinical expertise.
  • Oversee compliance of all MAT standards and services.
  • Effectively work to maintain Behavioral Health Services Organization KARS standards along with AODE and Medicaid standards.
Requirements
  • Current license as a Registered Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with the State of Kentucky.
  • Experience equivalent to three years in the behavioral health/addiction recovery fields.
  • Preference given to candidates who have experience working both in residential settings, and with clients who are dually diagnosed.
