Surgical Technologist Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Health. As a key member of the surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of surgical procedures.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment.
- Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring they are properly sterilized and available for use.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A degree from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
- Certification as a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hospital setting.
