Dental Hygiene Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Registered Dental Hygienist to contribute to the success of Elevate Dental Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our dentists in providing top-notch services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient screenings to identify oral health issues and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Perform dental cleanings and assist dentists with examinations and procedures, ensuring a high level of patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Provide post-operative health education to patients, empowering them to maintain good oral health practices at home.
- Utilize x-ray machines to capture high-quality images of patients' teeth, enabling dentists to accurately diagnose and treat oral health issues.
- Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless patient care and maintain accurate records of each visit.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Able to stand for extended periods, with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Current state license to practice dental hygiene and valid CPR certification.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in dental hygiene, with a proven track record of success.
Compensation: $55 - $70 per hour, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development within our organization.
