Job Overview

We are seeking a Principal RF/Analog Design Engineer to join our design center in Sophia Antipolis Technology park. This position will involve architecting and designing state-of-the-art RF circuits in deep submicron processes.

Responsibilities

  • Design high-performance, low-power RF circuits
  • Lead block design from specification to layout implementation
  • Collaborate with system, layout, and lab engineers
  • Ensure timely delivery with required quality level

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 12 years of experience in RF-Analog design
  • Proven experience in designing RF-Analog circuits for submicron processes
  • Experience in designing RF circuits such as LNA, Mixers

Estimated Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 per year
