Job Summary

Ryder is seeking a skilled Warehouse Forklift Operator to join our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe movement of goods within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and move products within the warehouse
  • Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and cycle counting
  • Accurately pick and pack products, and stage them for loading and unloading
  • Perform day-to-day paperwork, including picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, and other documentation
  • Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • One year or more of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
  • Valid Forklift Operator's License certified
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to work using health and safety methods
