Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our property maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving our luxury apartment communities, ensuring a quality living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities- Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems
- Develop a strong rapport with residents and assist with resolving general maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units for leasing
- Help maintain a strong curb appeal at the property
- 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
- General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
- CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire)
- Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Competitive hourly rate: $19.95 - $22.00 per hour
