Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our property maintenance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving our luxury apartment communities, ensuring a quality living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pools, and security systems
  • Develop a strong rapport with residents and assist with resolving general maintenance issues in a timely manner
  • Work closely with the service team to prepare vacant apartment units for leasing
  • Help maintain a strong curb appeal at the property
Qualifications
  • 1+ years of related general maintenance experience
  • General knowledge and experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and basic carpentry
  • CPO certification required (can be obtained after hire)
  • Fair housing training required and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certification preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
