Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guitar Technician to join our team. As a key member of our repair services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional craftsmanship and customer service to our clients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Interacting with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Repairing and maintaining guitars to a high standard
  • Maintaining store-owned gear as requested
  • Completing warranty repair work

You will also have the opportunity to participate in training programs to develop your skills and knowledge, including product training and leadership development.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance
  • Familiarity with Guitar Center products and services
