The Behavior Analytic Fieldwork Pathway is a unique opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in autism intervention while pursuing their graduate coursework. As a member of our team, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide transformative therapy and ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and instructional materials.

• Foster a supportive environment that encourages skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children with autism.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement effective behavior plans and instructional materials.
• Collect and analyze data using various methods, completing daily progress notes to monitor outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's Degree with a concentration in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or a related field.
• Proof of enrollment in an accredited graduate-level behavior analytic program.
• Hold a 3.0 or higher GPA.
