Job Title: Physical Therapist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in Raleigh, NC. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in senior living communities.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans.
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to evaluate clients' mobility, strength, and balance.
  • Implement manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to promote clients' health and safety.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities to support independent living.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure accurate care management.
Qualifications:
  • A current North Carolina Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
