Job Summary:- Lead a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care and achieve clinical excellence.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal resource utilization.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- 2 years of experience in inpatient or outpatient hematology/oncology, preferably in a leadership role.
- Basic Life Support certification and specialty certification (as required by unit) within 12 months of hire.
- Completion of a revised Charge Nurse workshop within 3 months of hire.
- Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or Associate's Degree RN within 1 year of completing their BSN).
