Role: Mixologist

Deliver beverages and food with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
  • Prepare fruits for drink garnishes.
  • Verify customer age to comply with alcohol purchase regulations.
  • Mix and serve drink and food orders.
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in bar and lounge settings, if applicable.
  • Process guest checks and handle payment transactions.
  • Identify and manage intoxicated guests in accordance with established standards.
  • Complete beverage requisitions to maintain stock levels.
  • Finish required side work before the end of the shift.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to enhance overall guest experience.
  • Assist in beverage inventory management.
  • Adhere to sustainability practices as part of the EarthView program.
  • Follow safety protocols, utilize protective equipment, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
  • Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma preferred.
  • TIPS certification is advantageous.
  • Prior experience in bartending or mixology is required, or equivalent training.
  • Food Sanitation certification is a plus, required within 90 days of employment.

Work Environment

  • Work schedule may vary, including holidays, weekends, and different shifts.
  • Physical requirements include standing for long periods, walking, pushing, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.
