We are seeking a dedicated CRTT FT Nights to join our team at TriStar Horizon Medical Center. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will provide technical and clinical therapies to patients, including gases analysis, cardiographic recognition, and pulmonary function testing.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a variety of technical and clinical therapies to patients of all ages, including oxygen therapy, cardiographic recognition, and pulmonary function testing.
- Conduct clerical duties associated with these procedures, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Function as a shift leader when assigned and supervise less experienced staff members.
- Participate in Performance Improvement activities to ensure continuous Quality Improvement.
- Develop and maintain cultural and diversity awareness when interacting with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
- Graduate of a National Board Respiratory Care approved school of Respiratory Care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
