We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Automation Systems Specialist to join our team at Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.

Job Description

Salary: $85,000 to $95,000 + Bonus

Location: Red Lion, Pennsylvania

The ideal candidate will have experience designing manufacturing control systems layouts and writing ground-up Ladder Logic programs for manufacturing operations. This is a direct-hire and permanent position that requires strong technical skills and industry knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or computer science, is required.
  2. Background in Control Systems Design: The candidate should have experience developing control systems design for automated manufacturing lines, including process and instrumentation diagrams, designing control panels, and electrical layouts.
  3. PLC and HMI Troubleshooting: Strong experience with PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and HMI (Human Machine Interface) troubleshooting, editing, and programming skills are essential, preferably on Rockwell (Allen Bradley), Omron, or Siemens platforms.
  4. HMI Configuration: The candidate should be able to configure and program HMI for operators and industrial drives like VFDs, VSDs, and AC/DC drives.
  5. Process-Oriented Industries: Experience working in process-oriented industries such as chemical production, food and beverage manufacturing, primary aluminum or steel production, or industrial gases is necessary.
  6. Residency Requirements: Permanent US Residency (Green Card) or US Citizenship is required.
