Nursing Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Center in Albuquerque, NM. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring the efficient operation of our nursing units.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and direct the clinical operations of the nursing units, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Facilitate the implementation of our care delivery model and processes, mentoring staff and coordinating with other departments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing staff and minimize the use of overtime and agency personnel.
- Participate in staff recruitment, new hire orientation, and make recommendations for employee promotions, transfers, and terminations.
As a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Bear Canyon Rehabilitation Center, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $42-$45 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, vision, and life insurance, 401K, and paid time off. Requirements- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college, or university; BSN preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
