    • Maintain a clean and organized operating room environment.
  • Patient Care and Support
    • Provide patients with comfort, safety, and support tailored to their unique needs.
    • Assist with patient positioning and surgical draping.
  • Surgical Expertise
    • Collaborate with the circulating nurse to ensure accurate surgical counts.
    • Identify and address safety hazards.
  • Effective Communication
    • Ensure the efficient execution of physician's orders.
    • Communicate effectively with the surgical team.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications
    • High school graduate or equivalent.
    • Graduation from an accredited surgical technologist program.
    • Surgical Technician certification.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Experience with instrumentation in the operating room.
    • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
