Job DescriptionThe Shift Leader coordinates in-store training and ensures staff compliance with customer experience best practices, proper recipe execution, and food safety standards.
This is a full-time hourly position that requires strong communication, active listening, and leadership skills.
As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for scheduling and leading in-store training sessions, providing feedback to baristas, and maintaining a positive working relationship with all staff members.
Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $65,000 per year based on location.
