We are seeking a skilled Bakery Specialist to join our team at Annette's Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of freshly baked products, including yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.
Key Responsibilities:- Food Production: Prepare hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and other baked items to meet production needs.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure that every product in the bakery is always fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate. Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards.
- Guest Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods and ensuring just-in-time delivery.
- Cleanliness: Perform duties to meet cleanliness, service, and quality standards, following local health department laws.
