Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Professional Land Surveyor to join our team as a key member of our survey operations department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing land surveying projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and meeting client expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and project management skills.
• Manage multiple land surveying projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with WSB project managers and clients to monitor project progress, address concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with field and office staff to optimize team performance, efficiency, and productivity.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and presentations for Platting, ALTA surveys, design surveys, and construction staking projects.
• Draft and review legal descriptions, certificates of titles, and other related documents.
• Review and draft sub-division plats, ALTA surveys, and boundary surveys to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Requirements:

• A Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor license is required.
• Five years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on project management and client relations.
• Three years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• A valid driver's license with an excellent driving record.
