Job Summary:

The Care Professional will be responsible for providing non-medical services to seniors, including companionship, home helper services, and personal care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and conversation to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare meals and clean up meal-related items
  • Provide medication reminders and appointment reminders
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
  • Wash and iron laundry
  • Run errands and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements:
  • Ability to drive or take public transportation to client locations
  • Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
  • Ability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel and reach
  • Valid driver's license or state identification
  • Valid auto insurance (if applicable)
  • Ability to treat and care for clients and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
  • Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
Working Conditions:

The Care Professional will work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, and may be required to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends.
