We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse RN Acute Rehab to join our team at Research Medical Center. About this Role- You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational and physical therapists, social workers, primary care physicians, and nurse practitioners, to provide comprehensive care to patients and their families.
- Our rehabilitation team is dedicated to improving human life and function, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care with warmth, compassion, and dignity.
- You will have the opportunity to work with patients over a prolonged period, witnessing their progress and growth, and making a meaningful difference in their lives.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient progress.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patients' unique needs and goals.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based care.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start date.
- Registered Nurse diploma or degree required.
