Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line customer support, answering questions, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.
  • Assist with receiving and unloading shipments, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
