Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler - Channel Letter Specialist to join our team at Chandler Signs. As a key member of our fabrication team, you will be responsible for assembling and installing electrical, LED, and other signage components. If you have a strong background in manufacturing and a passion for working with your hands, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints, assembly prints to ensure accurate fabrication and installation of signs
  • Assemble and install electrical, LED, and other signage components using hand tools, power tools, and wrenches
  • Operate machines to secure parts in place and install finished assemblies or sub-assemblies
  • Perform and monitor functional tests to ensure signs meet design requirements and safety standards
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, preferably in a fabrication or assembly role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical assembly and safety procedures
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Physical ability to stand for 80% of the working schedule and lift up to 35 pounds
