We are seeking an experienced Allergy/Immunology Advanced Practice Provider to join our dynamic team at Heed Health.
This role presents a unique opportunity to work with a renowned dermatology practice, expanding its focus to encompass allergy, asthma, and immunology. Our partner practice has established itself as a leader in healthcare innovation through its recent partnership with esteemed allergy and immunology specialists.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with a minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including history taking, physical examination, and diagnostic evaluation.
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various allergic, asthmatic, and immunologic conditions.
- Administer and manage immunotherapy and other relevant treatments.
- Educate patients and their families about disease processes, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, immunologists, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA.
Requirements:
- Board Certified Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner with an active state license.
- Minimum of three years of experience in treating allergy patients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work evenings and weekends.
