The estimated salary for this position is $45.22 - $71.58 per hour, depending on experience. This amount is subject to change based on individual circumstances and does not include additional compensation opportunities.

Job Description
Oncology Nurse Navigator Role
You will serve as a consistent resource for patients with cancer, providing education and support to help them navigate the complex healthcare system. Your primary goal will be to empower patients to participate in their care process, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve understanding of their treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Triage physical, psychological, and social needs of patients and provide intervention and referrals as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions and optimal care coordination
• Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs and goals
• Provide ongoing education and support to patients and their families
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in oncology nursing and case management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BSN degree or equivalent required; OCN certification preferred
