Assembler Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Global Technical Talent. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in assembling inset lights and components in a stationary work cell.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble products using various hand tools according to specifications and standards.
  • Perform individual quality inspection throughout the assembly process, marking and setting aside parts with obvious defects.
  • Handle and move parts from storage locations to work cells.
  • Assist Material Handler in obtaining parts as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
  • Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Reside in the immediate geographical area (50 miles) of Windsor, CT.
  • Ability to wear all Personal Protective Equipment required and comply with all Safety policies.
  • Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other Production paperwork.
  • Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and train others accordingly.
Preferred Skills:
  • A minimum of one (1) year of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
