Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with independent contractors and in-house labor to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality results.

  • Communicate Effectively with facility services managers to address any issues that require immediate attention.
  • Manage Work Assignments and ensure that independent contractors meet client standards and company guidelines.

  • Execute Operational Policies and procedures to ensure compliance with client policies and company guidelines.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required.
  • 3 Years of Prior Experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in a multi-unit or location setting.
  • Building, Facilities, or Janitorial Industry Experience a plus.
  • Strong Planning, Organization, and Attention to Detail skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Innovative and Continuous Process Improvement mindset.
  • CRM Experience preferred.
  • Reliable Transportation required.
