Your Role in Making a Difference:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) collaborates with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director to deliver comprehensive clinical services both on-site and off-site to participants enrolled in the MAT program. Responsibilities include providing medical and support services, administering injections, coordinating lab and pharmacy services, conducting wellness classes, monitoring vital signs, and liaising with psychiatric and medical providers to ensure appropriate care for MAT program participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee strategic planning, resource management, and process enhancements across service areas.
- Manage the execution of active treatment and nursing care for patients.
- Supervise staffing levels, implement cost control measures, and introduce new programs/services.
- Establish quality metrics and standards for ongoing quality improvement.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
Education
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
Experience
- Preferred minimum of one (1) year of clinical experience.
Licenses/Certifications
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
- Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.
