OHE Laborer/Groundman

The OHE Laborer/Groundman is a crucial member of the construction team, responsible for ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role involves preparing and cleaning construction sites, removing debris and hazards, and assisting skilled tradesmen in their tasks.

• Clean and prepare construction sites for work, removing debris and potential hazards.
• Assist tradesmen in completing their skilled tasks, enhancing overall project efficiency.
• Identify and prevent utility hits by monitoring dig crews and manually digging when necessary.
• Clean and maintain equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Restock trucks with supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools and materials to complete tasks.
• Perform seeding and strawing tasks as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Preferred: 1+ years of experience, CDL Class A driver's license.

This role operates in a field environment, requiring extended periods of physical activity, including bending, squatting, climbing, and lifting. The ability to work in inclement weather conditions is also essential.
