Glidewell Dental seeks a skilled Ergonomic Specialist to join our team. As an Ergonomic Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of three (3) years' experience in ergonomics, wellness, or related fields. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, Human Factors, Exercise Physiology, Health Promotion, Health Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze injury and illness reports, workers' compensation claims data, and OSHA records to identify ergonomic hazards in the workplace.
  • Implement solutions to prevent and control hazards, including engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Develop and maintain ergonomic programs to prevent injuries, which includes identifying ergonomic risks such as repetitive tasks, improper work setup, and improper use of tools.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, Safety, and other departments to integrate ergonomic principles into workplace policies and procedures.

We offer a competitive salary of $30.50/hour for this role.
