Position Summary:

Koozie Group is seeking a Production Associate to work alongside our Production team in fulfilling client orders. This role involves close collaboration with the Production Supervisor/Manager to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
• Performing assigned roles such as Packer, Printer, Ink Coordinator, Production Planner, Screen and Die Making Technician, and Sample Room Associate
• Executing packing tasks with precision
• Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure order accuracy
• Following safety protocols throughout your shift
• Understanding the production workflow
• Carrying out additional duties as required

Qualifications:

• High School diploma/GED or at least 1 year of relevant experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand for long periods, with or without accommodations
• Proficient in repetitive motion tasks involving hands, arms, and wrists
• Comfortable with various odors from inks and cleaning products
• Able to tolerate different temperature levels
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
• Adept at navigating a large facility
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Ability to select and operate necessary equipment and tools
