Position Summary:
Koozie Group is seeking a Production Associate to work alongside our Production team in fulfilling client orders. This role involves close collaboration with the Production Supervisor/Manager to ensure efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing assigned roles such as Packer, Printer, Ink Coordinator, Production Planner, Screen and Die Making Technician, and Sample Room Associate
- Executing packing tasks with precision
- Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and ensure order accuracy
- Following safety protocols throughout your shift
- Understanding the production workflow
- Carrying out additional duties as required
Qualifications:
- High School diploma/GED or at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for long periods, with or without accommodations
- Proficient in repetitive motion tasks involving hands, arms, and wrists
- Comfortable with various odors from inks and cleaning products
- Able to tolerate different temperature levels
- Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds
- Adept at navigating a large facility
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Ability to select and operate necessary equipment and tools
