Aerospace Hinge Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operator to join our team at Alarin Aircraft Hinge. As an Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for assembling intricate aerospace hinges, adhering to detailed manufacturing plans, and performing in-process inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble intricate hinge systems, including retainers, safety wires, and other complex components.
- Read and interpret manufacturing plans and basic dimensional drawings.
- Perform detailed touchup work on parts, ensuring high-quality finishes.
- Clip pins to precise specifications.
- Rivet parts together with precision and attention to detail.
- Inspect complex assemblies for both visual and functional quality, ensuring part geometry is maintained.
- Monitor output to ensure parts conform to quality standards.
- Responsible for accurately logging work by scanning into and out of jobs.
- Track progress and ensures proper documentation of the work completed.
- Responsible for managing the flow of materials and parts through the staging areas to maintain efficiency and prevent delays in the assembly process.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area by following 5S principles.
- Responsible for identifying issues during the assembly process and working with the team to resolve them quickly and effectively.
