Salary: approximately $80,000 - $120,000 per year based on 25 visits per week, assuming a salary of around $50,000 to $70,000 annually depending on the location and experience.
Responsibilities- Patient care, including assessing conditions, administering medications, and providing education.
- Communication involves preparing clinical notes, updating physicians, and coordinating care plans.
Illinois licensure, CPR certification, and excellent observation and communication skills are required. Prolonged walking and lifting are also necessary for this role.
Preferred QualificationsAxxess experience is highly desired. A background in healthcare and strong patient advocacy skills will be beneficial in this position.
