About the Role

Kettering Health is a leading healthcare provider in southwest Ohio, committed to delivering high-quality care to every stage of life. We are seeking a highly skilled Exercise Physiologist to join our team in Cardiac Wellness and Rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of exercise programs for patients with cardiovascular conditions.
  • Conduct initial assessments, design and implement sport-specific training, and assess strength, power, flexibility, speed, and quickness.
  • Operate gym equipment and possess computer knowledge.
  • Promote sports medicine services through public speaking, health fairs, and sporting events.
  • Perform duties that commensurate with national certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology or Exercise Science required.
  • ECG competent.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • ACLS certification required (must be obtained within 90 days of hire if not already certified).
  • ACSM Exercise Specialist certification preferred.
  • Previous Cardiac Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Part-time position, 56 hours per pay period.
  • Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist.
