As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to patients and guests, while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

**Responsibilities**

  • Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and production quantities
  • Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including sweeping and mopping floors, and cleaning equipment and utensils
  • Assist with meal delivery, patient menu selection, and catering services
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

**Requirements**

  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or hotel kitchen
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
  • Capable of prolonged standing and walking continuously, frequent stooping, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
