We are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team as a Medical Director at Emergency Care Partners. This is a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Emergency Department Overview
- We operate a Level III Trauma Center with a high-volume emergency department, treating over 31,000 patients annually.
- Our department features 23 beds and a regional referral center, providing access to specialized care and services.
- We offer 12-hour shifts, with specialists and excellent RN staff readily available to support our physicians.
- Our trauma surgeons are available 24/7, enabling us to treat Level I and II trauma cases.
Position Details
- This is a full-time position, requiring 144 hours of clinical and administrative responsibilities.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our emergency department team, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the development of our organization.
- We offer a highly competitive hourly rate, medical director stipend, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and employed status with full benefits, including a 401k match.
- We also provide paid medical malpractice coverage and opportunities for physician partnership.
