Order Fulfillment Associate

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Online Order Filling Team as Order Filling Associates. As an Order Filling Associate, you will be responsible for locating, preparing, and packaging merchandise to ensure the accuracy of online orders prior to pick up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Locate and prepare merchandise for online orders
- Pack and package merchandise accurately and efficiently
- Consult with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Make appropriate product substitutions as needed
