Job Title: Sales Executive Consultant

The Sales Executive Consultant plays a crucial role in promoting and selling various programs and services to both existing and potential clients through digital communication channels. This position involves developing and nurturing leads, as well as conducting follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with current and prospective clients via phone and electronic means to sell programs and services.
  • Secure sales and coordinate service appointments.
  • Adhere to established protocols to effectively market and sell products within a designated area or customer account list.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, account statuses, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
  • Compile lists of potential clients for sales outreach based on various sources.
  • Prepare and manage comprehensive sales reports.
  • Reach out to clients post-service to assess satisfaction and address any inquiries or concerns.
  • Resolve customer complaints related to sales and service interactions.
  • Analyze and manage new sale cancellation requests to enhance customer retention.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years of experience in outside sales, ideally within the lawn, horticulture, or pest control sectors.
  • Relevant training or a combination of education and experience.
  • Successful completion of required licensing examinations.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Data entry proficiency using mobile devices.
  • Strong negotiation, persuasive, and consultative sales abilities.
  • Familiarity with effective selling techniques.
  • Capability to operate a vehicle and travel locally.
  • Aptitude for identifying customer issues, gathering data, and drawing logical conclusions.
