Cash Waggner & Associates is seeking a skilled Professional Land Surveyor to contribute to project success through accurate fieldwork and detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and land survey staff on civil and site development projects.
• Work on various projects, including streets, highways, airports, railroads, and site development.
• Manage and direct field crew activities.
• Review boundary research and field surveys, including route and property surveys, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computer-aided drafting principles and practices.
• Understanding of civil engineering principles and construction specifications.
• Industry-specific safe workplace principles and practices.
• Ability to manage office functions economically and efficiently.
• Valid driver's license required.

Education and Experience:

• Licensed Professional Land Surveyor licensure in Indiana, Ohio, and Michigan preferred.
• 3+ years of experience preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to travel to various project sites.
• Ability to access and navigate job sites and construction areas.
• Ability to operate motorized equipment.

Compensation:

Salary and hourly wages are based on experience.
