Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language pathology services to patients in their homes
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop goals
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
  • A degree and internship from an approved master's program in Speech-Language Pathology
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology, granted by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Valid CPR certification
  • A valid driver's license and insured automobile
