Banquet Captain

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at Radiate Hospitality. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of banquet functions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the setup, service, and breakdown of assigned banquet functions, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
• Oversee the production flow and presentation of functions during peak periods, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervise and train banquet servers and other support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Project a professional image and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience, preferably in a hospitality or events environment.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
