As a Catering Attendant with Aerotek, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our clients at high-end events. Your polished demeanor and experience in high-class event serving will make you an asset to our team.
This is a fully onsite position in Redmond, WA, where you will work two days a week for 10-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be flexible on their schedule and able to adapt to varying demands.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage catering services for executive events, including corporate meetings, private dinners, and special occasions.
- Ensure impeccable presentation and service, adhering to company standards and client expectations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with clients and guests at all times.
- Handle any special requests or dietary requirements with precision and care.
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of catering events, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly managed.
- Train and supervise junior catering staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
The pay rate for this position is $26.75 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental & vision, life insurance, health advocacy, and employee assistance programs, as well as a 401(k) plan and employee discounts.
Requirements- Proven experience in a high-end catering or hospitality role.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations with grace.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Must have a valid Washington Food Handler Card.
