Job Summary: The Fresh Food Associate Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the meat department, ensuring that all products are fresh, high-quality, and properly handled.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Product Handling: Handle and store products safely, following health and safety protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train team members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or food industry setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills, ability to work well under pressure, and a strong attention to detail.

Salary: $20.00-$28.00 per hour, based on location and experience. This includes a competitive base salary, plus bonuses up to 15% of annual salary, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
